Sharing some photographs of the clothes I bought from Pretty Little Thing during their January sale! All of the below are still available to buy online. However, most of them are back to their regular price at this stage. Pretty Little Thing frequently has flash sales. Therefore, keep an eye on their website for sales and discount codes! They currently have an online promotion whereby you can get 30% off with the discount code HURRY30.

I purchased a few other pieces during their sales too. However, I ended up returning them! Recently I’ve become much stricter in regards to what I buy. I only purchase new clothes if I am 100% in love with them! And, if I know that I’ll wear them a lot. The most obvious reason for this is to be more environmentally conscious. Furthermore, I live in a tiny apartment. I just don’t have the space to buy loads of clothes anymore!!

Petite Black Satin Asymmetric Skirt

I bought this skirt to wear with a bikini while on a sun holiday. Its slit goes up very high! Therefore, I’m not sure how comfortable I would be wearing it out for drinks, etc. It is priced well for satin material.

This skirt was €13 in the Pretty Little Thing January sales. Also, I was able to avail a 20% discount code on the day that I purchased it. I was thus able to buy the skirt for only €10.40! It is still marked down 50%. Therefore, you can currently buy it for €14! I am wearing a size 6. Find it online here – black satin skirt.

Organza Puff Sleeve Bodycon Dress

Puff sleeves are still big right now! I love the way this dress incorporates them. The sleeves and shoulders of the dress are not too over the top or, too puffy. Also, I love how the material has mesh along part of the sleeve area. This adds a bit extra to the dress rather than a plain bodycon dress. One thing to consider, as with any bodycon material, is how it clings to every lump and bump! Although I know I’m not fat, I would still be self-conscious wearing this after eating a big meal! Or if I was having a ‘fat’ day. 😅 However, one suggestion would be to pair it with Spanx or some other shapewear. Nevertheless, the benefit is the stretchy material is very comfortable and easy to wear.

The dress was €23 in the Pretty Little Thing January sales. Also, I was able to avail a 20% discount code on the day that I purchased it. Thus, I was able to buy the dress for only €18.40! There are several colours available in this dress which are currently on sale for €28. I am wearing the size ‘S’ (small). Find it online here – red bodycon.

Black Bardot Frill Hem Midi Dress

I previously bought this style (from Pretty Little Thing) in a long red version. Indeed, I found it so comfortable that I have wanted the shorter version ever since. I admit that I prefer red! However, as I have the long red version, I decided to go with the classic black this time. I had been checking it out online for a while. Thus, seeing as it was on sale in January, I finally took the plunge and bought it! The advantage of this dress is that it is a timeless black dress. Therefore, I don’t see it going out of fashion anytime soon. Similar to the Red Organza Puff Sleeve High Neck Bodycon Dress, the material is stretchy. Again, if you are self-conscious, you may not like how much it clings to your body. Or, you may want to pair it with Spanx/shapewear.

The dress was €22 in the Pretty Little Thing January sales. Yet again, I was able to avail a 20% discount code on the day that I purchased it. I was thus able to buy the dress for only €17.60! There are several other colours available. They are currently on sale for €28! I am wearing a size six – find it online here: black midi dress.

Tall Black Basic Long Sleeve Top

Though considered boring, a plain black top is something I always struggle to find! It is an item I frequently wear to work and for casual wear too (great with jeans!). This top is labelled as a ‘tall’ top. However, I am not tall and I still loved the length. It sits nicely over the top of jeans. Also, it is made of thin material so you could easily tuck it inside of your trousers/jeans if you so wished.

The top was €10 in the Pretty Little Thing January sales. Again, I was able to avail 20% discount code on the day that I purchased it. I was thus able to buy the top for only €8! There are several colours available. Also, it’s currently on sale for €12. I am wearing a size 6. Check it out online here – black basic top.

Rheta Red Ribbed Polo Neck Top

Though not always considered very fashionable, I love a good comfortable polo neck! 😅 However, I tend to always buy black! Therefore, it was time to mix it up and buy my second favourite colour (red). It’s nice to add a pop of colour during the cold winter months. Also, this is again an item that I would wear both to work and for casual wear. Because it is a plain jumper, it won’t go out of style anytime soon. Thus, I’ll be able to wear it over the 2020 Christmas period too. However, one issue with the jumper is that it is slightly see-through – you will likely need to wear a small vest underneath it.

The polo neck was €12 in the Pretty Little Thing January sales. Again, I was able to avail 20% discount code on the day that I purchased it. I was thus able to buy the jumper for only €9.60! There are several colours available in the jumper. It’s currently on sale for €15. I am wearing a size 6 (though I find this a bit tight, size 8 would have suited better). Check it out online here – red polo neck.
